Isn't this the same city made famous around the world for its mobster ties? A Governor with a major gambling fetish, and a Senate President who is crooked as a corkscrew.

The part, and this really really irks me as a downstater, is the politicos in Chicago whining about the state's licensing fee isn't fair, that Chicago shouldn't be funding programs outside of its boundaries. Uh, hello? Did you just see the bailout of the CTA and Metra that benefits three counties, at the expense of all 102? Hello? Hello? Get a grip.
