Blagojevich renews $500,000 PR contract for health care

Riddle me this - Why does the State of Illinois need to run a public relations campaign to reach people, when every household in the state has to annually register with the Department of Revenue how many dependents live within their household via our income tax returns?

Of COURSE King Rod has heard of it, via his buddy Mike Kolaz who is under investigation for getting state contracts for his mailing company while he was head of Central Management Services.
