Blagojevich: No more 'stupid questions'
So... are the Illinois citizens stupid, King Rod? Was the question stupid? Or, are you stupid for not acknowledging that you are in the gun sights of the United States Attorney General? I wonder if Clown Prince Emil Jones, who may be more politically savvy than King Rod, has covered his tracks, too?
We can't lose King Rod soon enough - the budget is already looking like it's stalled as "leadership" of the House, Senate, and King Rod decide the fate of the state of Illinois. What's it matter - the state hasn't been paying its bills, anyway, with a whopping $1.5 BILLION unpaid to healthcare providers around the state; half a BILLION dollars meant to be in the hands of the schools last fall just started trickling into the districts in March.
That's almost 2 BILLION dollars that King Rod did not send to the folks the General Assembly said should have it. And King Rod wanted to expand by half a BILLION dollars healthcare in the state - when he isn't paying already.
Something smells like week-old tuna here.
Blagojevich: No more 'stupid questions' (Chicago Sun-Times) - Gov. Blagojevich says it's "stupid" to ask if he's concerned that he could be the next target of a political corruption investigation by federal authorities. [King Rod - Yahoo]
