Missourians - The Gestapo Is Taking Over

You lucky folks in Missouri, the Barack Obama Truth Squad has recruited two top prosecuters to curtail your First Amendment rights - and you could end up in jail if you dare speak against Barack Obama.

That's right, two key prosecutors in St Louis County - Bob McCulloch and Jennifer Joyce - are threatening to bring criminial libel charges against anyone speaking out against Barack Obama - a difficult if not impossible charge to actually get a conviction for, but a very costly one to defend yourself against, as well.  And it seems that Joyce, at least, may not actually try to bring action against you for the particular offense - but, oh, I am sure someone in law enforcement can find something on you so you can be hauled before a judge.

And the danger of that occuring are very, very real in Missouri.  Several law enforcement officers are also behind this initiative - and rattling their sabers with threats.

Where is the US Attorney General on this flagrant abuse of power by state officials?  Where is Governor Matt Blunt - why hasn't he already removed these two clowns from office, along with the sheriffs who are making the same threats?

The threat issued may be, in itself, an actionable offense against the pair, since they are abusing the power of their office to support a political candidate. So far, pleas to the ACLU (who allegedly works to defend ALL of our civil liberties) have not received a response.  You'd think at the least someone would try to get a temporary injunction levelled against McCulloch and Joyce, preventing them from taking action.
