The well-intentioned Illinois House Democrats continue their series of town hall meetings around the state, to demonstrate to King Rod Blagojevich and Emil Jones that the potentially disastrous set of line-item vetoes will demolish many human service agencies' ability to serve the public.
And for some reason, possibly personally aimed at Michael Madigan, King Rod's Clown Prince Emil Jones, President of the Senate, says he will not permit the veto override vote to take place in the Senate.
Emil, you gots some 'splainin' to do to the us people of Illinois.
